Regional Manager (A42648)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Manager to oversee operations for our social media company in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in regional management, a deep understanding of the social media landscape, and a proven track record in driving growth and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to adapt strategies to local market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute regional strategies to drive growth, market penetration, and brand presence in Kuwait. Align regional goals with overall company objectives and initiatives.

Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, processes, and staff. Implement best practices and optimize operational performance.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals, including social media managers, content creators, and other regional staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand local trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior. Use insights to inform strategy and adapt approaches as needed.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the region. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate regional performance using key metrics and KPIs. Prepare regular reports and present findings to senior management. Implement improvement plans based on performance data.

Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns in the region. Ensure campaigns are aligned with regional and company objectives and deliver measurable results.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all regional activities comply with local regulations and company policies. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.



Experience: Minimum of 7 years in regional management or a similar role, with a strong background in the social media or digital marketing industry. Proven experience in managing teams and driving regional growth.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Familiarity with the Kuwaiti market and cultural nuances.

Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in business management software and social media analytics tools.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
