Job Overview:

We are looking for an innovative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at our distinctive concept store, where wellness, fashion, and art intersect. The Social Media Manager will be instrumental in crafting and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, and boosting our brand's online presence. This role demands a deep understanding of social media dynamics, content creation, and digital marketing to elevate our brand's visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create high-quality content, including posts, reels, videos, and graphics, for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
• Manage and grow our social media presence by engaging with our audience, responding to comments, and fostering a community centered around wellness, fashion, and art.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategies for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall business objectives.
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and platform algorithms to keep our brand ahead of the competition.
• Work closely with influencers and partners to amplify our brand’s reach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in wellness, fashion, or art-related industries.
• Expertise in creating content and managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Ability to generate creative ideas and produce visually appealing content (photos, videos, reels).
• Strong knowledge of social media tools and analytics to track and improve performance.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (Bilingual).
• Must hold Visa 18 Normal or 22.
• Must be ready to join immediately.
