Job Description:


Customer Service:

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and want.
  • Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and Advantages.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a positive and efficient manner.


Sales and Target Achievement:

  • sales by understanding and proactively promoting the latest fashion trends and products.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Upsell and cross sell to maximize sales opportunities.


Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, including new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
  • Share product information and recommendations with customers to show their shopping experience.


Visual Merchandising:

  • Assist in the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring that displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and managing inventory.


Team:

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.


Cash Handling and Transactions:

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments responsibly.
  • Ensure that all transactions are completed in accordance with company policies.


Inventory Management:

  • Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies.
