Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver challenging, complex technical client engagements to ensure quality and value.
• Advise on various aspects of cyber defense response.
• Lead a team of cyber resilience professionals in delivering security monitoring and response services.
• Support the development of cyber defense and response capabilities.
• Anticipate future needs and requirements, building innovative services to address them.
• Manage and deliver medium to large-sized engagements.
• Participate in business development, including leading proposals and client presentations.
• Develop constructive client relationships.
• Coach and develop team members through sharing of experience and knowledge.
• Manage the performance and development of team members.
• Uphold company values by acting with integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Cyber Security.
• Leadership experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or detection and response function.
• Solid technical understanding of cybersecurity concepts, standards, guidelines, and principles.
• Experience with industry-recognized security and analysis frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, NIST).
