Social Media Executive Job Description


Position Overview: As a Social Media Executive at our agency, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies for our clients. Your role will involve creating engaging content, monitoring performance, and collaborating with our internal teams to ensure client success. You will help our clients build a strong online presence, increase engagement, and drive growth across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals and needs across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Manage and oversee content creation for clients, ensuring it is aligned with their brand voice and target audience.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes to ensure clients remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop visually compelling and informative social media content.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure social media strategies align with broader marketing campaigns for clients.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for clients, including social media KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to continuously improve client campaigns.
  • Understand and apply best practices in social media communication to ensure effective engagement with clients' target audiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and data analysis to drive client success.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving abilities to address client challenges.
  • Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating across departments.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (writing, reading, and speaking) to manage communications for clients across diverse audiences.
