Job Title: Associate Director – Interior Design (Workplace/Hospitality)

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director of Interior Design. This role will be based in Kuwait and oversee projects across Kuwait, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia, with regular travel to Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a studio of around 15 designers, specializing in either Workplace or Hospitality projects.
• Deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions that meet client expectations.
• Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Mentor and guide multidisciplinary design teams to achieve top performance.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience (15+ years) in leading interior design teams.
• Expertise in managing Workplace or Hospitality projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
• Proficiency in design software and BIM technology.
