Sales Account Manager

Responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with all existing and new customers, generating new sales opportunities for our company using existing and new customer networks, solving problems that may arise and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner, and follow up with existing clients whenever needed


Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Activities

  • Utilize and develop a network of contacts and generate new business opportunities, (new customers)
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Increase the number of customers.
  • Ensure all goods and products are delivered to all customers on time.
  • Ensure all goods & products are produced according to set specifications (job card & design) and in coordination with other departments. Follow up and ensure that all quotations, invoices, drawings & color shades etc. for our company are processed correctly.
  • Assist and educate customers to understand the quality of our company.
  • Analyze customer’s needs of our company boxes to suggest the right paper grades & style (Die Cut /RSC) in coordination with the right functions.
  • Keep current and new customers satisfied and ensure delivering exceptional (gold plus) customer service in coordination with the customer support function.
  • Follow up with customers through emails, phone calls and meetings to ensure all services are being given to them with the best quality and the highest price possible.
  • Receive and analyze customer requests and complaints (rejections) and discuss the same with the related department at our company, to provide customers with the proper response to receive requests and resolve all complaints in a friendly and timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Perform necessary and duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field
  • Good Command in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
