Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, brand awareness, and customer engagement through aligning the strategies and policies set by the marketing management to ensure that the digital marketing efforts meet their goals in line with the organizational and business requirements. Furthermore, to plan, direct, and coordinate the operational activities of digital marketing by overseeing various digital activities to achieve business objectives and optimize Trafalgar’s digital presence.


Duties and Essential Job Functions

Management:

  • Provides a focus and a sense of direction to the digital marketing unit
  • Ensure enforcement and adaption of the corporate values and vision
  • Establish and carry out the marketing goals, policies, and procedures
  • Manage general activities related to providing the marketing services
  • Consult with other executives, staff, and team members about general operations and administrative activities
  • Direct and manage, the financial and budgetary activities related to digital marketing and campaigns
  • Analyze reports, and other performance indicators and provide the necessary feedback and recommendations
  • Identify areas of raising efficiency and effectiveness and to improve performance, policies, and programs
  • Endeavor to develop and succeed in maintaining appropriate company image that strives towards excellence in satisfying customers
  • Develop quantified M.B.O. plans for the direct subordinates and ensure that the process propagates through all levels
  • To develop and maintain viable and healthy relation with strategic accounts, business partners, vendors, service providers, official entities, and government bodies
  • Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate superior.

Technical:

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for the company, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
  • Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain the company’s digital presence
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
  • Create and manage content for the company’s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in the company’s marketing campaigns

Policy and Procedure:

  • Ensure the implementation of all organizational policies and procedures
  • Ensure the implementation of all regulatory and SLA protocols

Safety & Risk Management:

  • Ensure departmental risk management plan is in place and applied
  • Responsible for managing the department’s exposure to operational risks
  • Ensure commitment to all QHSE protocols and procedure as per organizational and official requirements

Reporting:

  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
  • Provides written reports in the appropriate medium as per schedule
  • Provides research and documentation for all required matters

Education:

  • College or University Graduate in the fields of Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
  • Management Trainings

Professional Experience:

  • From four (4) to five (5) years’ experience gained through increasingly responsible positions in related fields within the luxury retail market particularly in watches, jewelry, and fashion as related to digital marketing.
  • A minimum of three (3) years recent experience as a retail operational executive within the luxury retail market particularly in watches, jewelry, and fashion

Competencies Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office packages such as Word and Excel, PowerPoint Presentation; e-mail and internet etiquette, business plan presentations; basic accounting, data research and interpretation.
  • Experience in strategic marketing planning and execution.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, budget formulation and control
  • Familiarity with related government sectors’ regulations
  • Leadership and personal effectiveness
  • Capable negotiator and persuader with the ability for critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Physically and mentally fit for the job

Required Licenses/Certifications:

  • Technical Training Certificates / licenses (preferable in the fields of coding, SEO, e-commerce, Web-Analytics, project management, etc..)

Languages:

  • Proficient in English language (read, write, speak)
  • Preferable knowledge of Arabic language (read, write, speak)
