In this role, you will leverage your expertise to perform tasks and provide solutions for a variety of products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of corporate governance, quality, and operational excellence while prioritizing safety, security, and environmental protection.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in applying standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform tasks and assignments related to artificial lift applications.
- Possess a strong understanding of field concepts and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Act as the primary interface with clients at well sites, managing Weatherford personnel and ensuring successful service delivery.
- Participate in daily operations, safety meetings, job hazard analyses, and promptly report any issues using appropriate tools.
- Maintain equipment, facilities, and work areas in safe and presentable conditions.
- Monitor and analyze data to recommend services and solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and superior service quality.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Lift methods, specifically of SRP and PCP, design and Installation procedures.
- Understanding of both Commercial and Technical aspects of Product Line
- Computer fundamentals
- Critical thinking, active learning & listening, complex problem solving
- Good reading and writing skills, strong judgment, and decision-making to be in line with policies & procedures
- Quality Control Analysis to ensure the product meets required standards
- Service Orientation
- Physically capable to undertake the tasks required to perform the role
- Information & task ordering & ability to identify when a problem may occur and, where possible, to understand the solution
- Ability to react effectively and efficiently in operating tools and machinery
- Ability to imagine how tools and products will look when preparing for assembly, repair, or modifications
Qualifications
- 5 years minimum experience with Artificial Lift Systems
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science as a minimum
