  • Ensures process execution and collaboration with other functions including orders, shipping, and billing.
  • Monitors and manages end-to-end, outbound goods and materials movement.
  • Manages delivery plans to ensure shipment execution accuracy and on time delivery
  • Manages Shipment & distribution budgets driving the functional cost efficiency
  • Prepares/Leads system management and development plan strategies, annual action plans and budget
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics coordinators, drivers, and labour. Establish performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensures continuous team training and development
  • Handles critical customer issues / complaints.
  • Performs other tasks as delegated by the Line Manager
