Corporate Strategy Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Corporate Strategy Manager who will play a key role in shaping the long-term direction and success of the organization. This Corporate Strategy Manager will be responsible for conducting market research, competitive analysis, and evaluating company capabilities to develop actionable strategies that drive growth and innovation. The Corporate Strategy Manager will collaborate with multiple departments to achieve measurable results that benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will also be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and actively seek out other business opportunities to boost revenue and differentiate our company.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth.
  • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients.
  • Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective business solutions.
  • Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients.
  • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
  • Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services.
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
  • Develop and manage all aspects of the company’s projects and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study (master’s degree is preferable - MBA)
  • Project Management Professional Certified (PMP) is preferable.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects.
  • 3+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within the oil and gas industry preferably is preferable.
  • 3+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client/business and documentation.
  • High level of proficiency in English Language Skills, MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and/or Senior Leadership.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs.
  • Based in the State of Kuwait.
