Support the organization’s financial health and strategic decision-making through analysis, management, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Generic Responsibilities:
- Corporate Governance and Compliance: Work fully within risk policies and procedures and compliance regulations and ensure all divisional activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory/legal frameworks
Core Responsibilities:
- Financial Data: Analyze financial metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Budgets: Work with management and stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor Performance: Track financial performance against budget and report insights.
- Vendor Payments: Facilitate the vendor payment process from initiation to completion
- Develop Financial Models: Assist in creating financial models and scenario analyses for decision-making.
- Prepare GL Entries: Process GL entries related to cost amortization and portfolio acquisition.
- Financial Guidance: Support retail banking teams in product development and marketing efforts.
- Staff Payments: Prepare payments related to staff incentives and allowances.
- Stay Informed on Trends: Keep updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial performance.
- Build Relationships: Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders in finance and compliance.
- Compliance: Work fully within ABK’s Compliance regulations and standards.
- Policies & Processes: Participate in development and implementation of relevant policies and procedures and conduct regular reviews to remain relevant and effective.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Accounting, Business
Experience:
- At least 3 years professional sector experience
- Financial analysis Reporting and performance analysis experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting
- Business partnering
