Salary: 350 KD + 20 KD Transportation Allowance

Job Description:

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing delivery services and casual dining establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including scheduling and training.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve service delivery for both dine-in and delivery services.
• Assist in implementing promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, particularly in delivery and casual dining settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ready to join immediately.
• Knowledge of Kuwait labor laws is a plus.
