Office Secretary

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and clients
  • Answering phone and responding to emails
  • Manage and maintain projects calendar, including scheduling client appointments and client meetings.
  • Prepare conference room for meetings.
  • Attend meetings and taking minutes of meeting as needed.
  • Printing and copying documents as needed.
  • Translate short reports from Arabic to English and vice versa
  • Provide support for special projects as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
  • Experience in Architecture/Engineering Office
  • Familiar with Kuwait Municipality Online Interface and submitting permit approval requests.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
