Key Responsibilities:

System Design & Architecture: Design and develop scalable and efficient software systems and APIs that meet business requirements.

Build back-end features in Python that are efficient.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices are followed and fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirement Analysis: Understand technical requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.

Code Review & Quality Assurance: Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintain coding standards.

Project Management: Plan, track, and manage development tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process and team skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to KD400.000 per month
