Role Description

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ATMs, such as replacing worn-out parts, lubricating mechanisms, and cleaning keypads
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose ATM software and hardware issues
  • Install and configure new ATMs and related hardware, such as modems, printers, and card readers
  • Keep track of ATM inventory levels and order replacement parts as needed
  • Provide technical support to bank personnel and customers, address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on ATMs
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly with regard to security and data privacy


Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Operating Systems skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant certification in ATM operations or support
