Job Summary: Overseeing the accuracy and integrity of financial documentation in line with the financial and administrative authority matrix, Supervising accounting entries to ensure alignment with the approved chart of accounts, Conducting thorough monthly and annual reconciliations, and preparing interim and annual financial statements (unaudited)

Key Responsibilities:

a. Review daily financial transactions

b. Prepare monthly financial reconciliations and settlements.

c. Prepare unaudited interim financial statements (monthly and annually)

d. Prepare periodic reports for the Capital Markets Authority in cooperation with the Compliance Office

e. Prepare approved monthly management accounting reports

f. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Managing Partner or Head of Divisions.

g. Companies Law No. 1 of 2016 and its executive regulations, as amended. Labor Law in the Private Sector No. 6 of 2010 and its executive regulations, as amended, The International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs)

Skills

·        Requirement open for all Arab Nationals

·        Requirement open for candidates 35 & Above Years of Age

·        Over 10 years of experience in financial management

·        Bachelor's Degree in Accounting , Professional Certificate is a plus

·        Strong Proficiency in speaking, reading & writing both English & Arabic

• (A high level of proficiency is mandatory MS Outlook & MS Office
