Engineer - Sales (AMPS)

Responsibilities


•Support the Sales Manager in driving sales growth in Kuwait's marine, diesel, gas, and onsite energy sectors and helping to achieve customer satisfaction, service excellence, market share, and profitability goals.

•Promote and providing the OEM’s comprehensive state-of-the-art product solutions to clients in the technology, manufacturing, and oil and gas sectors.

•Assist in promoting and creating comprehensive power solutions, such as power generation, no-break power, sustainability, microgrids, and digital storage solutions, for clients across various industries.

•Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans for the OEM’s product solutions offerings in alignment with overall company objectives.

•Help identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in various industrial markets.

•Collaborate with team members and contribute to the team's success and professional development.

•Support cultivating enduring relationships with clients, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders. Understand their requirements and work together to provide solutions that satisfy or surpass those expectations.

•Help manage business unit budgets, expenses, and financial performance to maximize profitability and return on investment. Identify operational excellence opportunities and implement adequate financial controls.

•Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and updates, particularly in the retail and industrial domains. Leverage insights from market analysis to support strategic decisions and pinpoint fresh prospects for the business.

•Ensure compliance with all Al Mulla Group rules and policies and relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing the respective businesses.

•Stay informed about regulation changes and ensure that all business units comply.

Education Degree

: Bachelor

Major

: Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with a background in Business Administration field.

Experience

Years of Experience

: 5 - 7  Years

: Sales and marketing in the rotating equipment industry

•Demonstrated ability to work effectively within their team and contribute to team success.

•Familiarity with financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management principles.

•Understanding business operations, specifically in sales management and finance & controlling.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively.

•Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.

•An OEM technical experience is required.

•Familiarity with rotating equipment products.

•Understanding of Compliance Regulations related to anti bribery and corruption.
