1. Developing Marketing plans: Develop and implement marketing plans by conducting market research and determining key marketing channels, promotional activities, and advertising campaigns to maximize reach and impact that will help target select customer group 

2. Brand Identity: Create and develop a Brand Identity for the sports club by consistency in messaging and branding across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, and events.

3. Content creation: Create compelling content to be shared on company’s website club's website, social media platforms, and other digital assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and engaging for the target audience. Job incumbent will manage the printing of all types of promotional materials to ensure highly engaging content.

4. Effective Marketing: Plan and organize club events, such as open days, exhibitions, and member socials, to create memorable experiences and foster member engagement leading to increase inactive members and retain existing members.

5. Sponsorship and Partnership Management: Collaborate with external vendors, sponsors, and partners to maximize event outcomes and generate revenue opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and media partnerships

6. Excellent customer service Management: Provide customer service excellence by ensuring member inquiries are responded in a timely and professional manner and seek opportunities for improving customer experience.

7. Evaluation: Monitor and analyze marketing and event performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven improvements in order to achieve desired outcomes and targets.


Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.

• Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and delivering results within budget constraints.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience working within a holding group or managing marketing across multiple subsidiaries is highly desirable.
