Customer Service Representative/Data Analyst - Cement Ready Mix
Summary:
This hybrid role combines the customer-centric focus of a customer service representative with the analytical skills of a data analyst. The ideal candidate will excel at both interacting with customers and leveraging data to drive business decisions within the cement ready mix industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate concrete mixes and delivery schedules.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collect, clean, and analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to optimize marketing efforts.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and revenue optimization.
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Utilize data to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven 3 years’ experience in customer service and data analytics leadership roles.
- Strong customer service and satisfaction orientation
- excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills in Arabic, English is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data analysis tools (SQL, Python, or similar).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the cement or ready-mix industry is a plus.
- Position only eligible for Arab Nationals.
