Sales Engineer - HVAC


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial sectors for Fans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers regarding fan selection and techno-commercial proposals.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest fan technologies and industry standards
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with the associated teams to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions.
  • Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies


Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales engineering/ technical product sales preferably in the fan or HVAC industry.
