Job Summary:
The Government Transactions Representative will manage and process various governmental transactions efficiently and effectively. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of procedures and regulations across numerous government sectors in Kuwait, especially in the Ministry of Health,
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all the work licence registration process for the new candidates and renewal for the existing
- Handle all government-related documentation and transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle all medical examinations and related processes with the Medical Council.
- Represent the company across all governmental sectors.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with various government departments.
- Assist in processing expatriate-related paperwork, including visas and residency permits.
- Monitor and maintain a tracker for all registration documents, ensuring timely renewals for the new arrival and the current staff.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
- Ensure timely execution of all transactions to meet client needs.
- Professionally deal with clients, ensuring clear communication and a high level of customer service.
- Provide updates on the status of their transactions and resolve any issues promptly.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience: Extensive experience dealing with Ministry of Health transactions.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling Ministry of Health transactions and dealings with governmental bodies.
- In-depth knowledge of Kuwait’s government regulations and procedures.
- Proven track record of managing multiple government-related tasks efficiently.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance in government transactions.
