Sponsorship Representative (Mandoub)

Job Summary:

The Government Transactions Representative will manage and process various governmental transactions efficiently and effectively. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of procedures and regulations across numerous government sectors in Kuwait, especially in the Ministry of Health,

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all the work licence registration process for the new candidates and renewal for the existing
  • Handle all government-related documentation and transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle all medical examinations and related processes with the Medical Council.
  • Represent the company across all governmental sectors.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with various government departments.
  • Assist in processing expatriate-related paperwork, including visas and residency permits.
  • Monitor and maintain a tracker for all registration documents, ensuring timely renewals for the new arrival and the current staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
  • Ensure timely execution of all transactions to meet client needs.
  • Professionally deal with clients, ensuring clear communication and a high level of customer service.
  • Provide updates on the status of their transactions and resolve any issues promptly.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience: Extensive experience dealing with Ministry of Health transactions.

 

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling Ministry of Health transactions and dealings with governmental bodies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kuwait’s government regulations and procedures.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple government-related tasks efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance in government transactions.

  • Salary Budget from KD450 – KD600
  • The vehicle will be provided with Fuel
  • SIM card will be provided
