We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our flower shop, with a particular focus on expanding our B2B (corporate level) clientele. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing business operations, driving sales growth, and developing strong relationships with corporate clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of the floral industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the flower shop, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments.

B2B Sales & Client Relations:

Financial Management:
- Manage the shop’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Vendor & Inventory Management:
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring quality products and timely deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns targeting corporate clients.
- Utilize various marketing channels to increase brand awareness and drive B2B sales.
- Represent the shop at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand presence.
Customer Service:
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing client concerns promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Develop loyalty programs and incentives to encourage repeat business from corporate clients.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
