Job Overview:


Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent service, and managing staff.


Key Responsibilities:

Support daily operations and staff supervision.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Manage inventory and stock levels.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Skills

Qualifications:


Experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Desired Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Additional certifications in restaurant or hospitality management.


Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
