  • Job Responsibilities:Assist in butchering and preparing meat products according to established guidelines.
  • Operate butchery equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products to maintain quality and freshness.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Follow sanitation and food safety standards to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.


Skills

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in meat butchery and food preparation (minimum of 3 years).
  • Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and handling procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Desired Experience:
  • Experience in a professional butchery setting (up to 12 years).
  • Experience with quality control procedures and meat inspection.
  • Knowledge of different meat types and cuts.
