Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes under the guidance of the Head Chef.
  • Assist in the creation of menu items and recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Commi or similar food preparation role.
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for quality food preparation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Desired Experience:

  • Prior experience working with Italian cuisine is highly desired.
  • Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
  • Experience working in a high-end restaurant or hotel kitchen.
