This is a contract role for a Luxury Villa Engineer. 
The Luxury Villa Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the construction of luxury villas in Kuwait City. 
This includes managing construction projects, coordinating with architects and contractors, ensuring adherence to building codes and safety regulations, and conducting quality inspections. The Luxury Villa Engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during the construction process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Supervise the installation of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all engineering systems within the villa.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades and improvements to enhance the villa’s functionality and sustainability.
• Respond to and resolve any technical issues or emergencies promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction principles
• Experience in managing luxury villa construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant construction software
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience in Villas
• Approved degree from Kuwait Society of Engineers
