• Pull, pack, stage, or convert orders for distribution using computer-generated work orders or verbal instruction from the Direct Manager.
• Package material for shipment according to shipping requirements and/or customer-specified instruction, ensuring that all product/shipping labels are legible.
• Load and/or unload trucks making sure that the truck is secured before attempting to unload and load products, the truck bed is clear of debris, obstruction, or defect for safe entry/exit.
• Ensure products are free from damage and coincide with the packing list or Return Authorization, and freight is properly positioned and secured in the truck.
• Use the locator system to put away the product that has been received.
• Complete and maintain all forms and records in accordance with the set Policies & Procedures.
• Ensure that all equipment required by the Technicians is available whenever required.
• Assist Technician by handling required tools while installing items at Client premises.
• Use computer equipment to generate labels, check stock, and input data for distribution status.
• Comply with safety rules and regulations and use the required Personal Protective Equipment at all times, in order to avoid work related injury, in addition to reporting all incidents, accidents, and personal injuries to the supervisor.
• Assemble, repair, or install any necessary components related to Installation activities as instructed by the Direct Manager.
• Participate in the final walkthrough and inspection of Installed items under the supervision of the Direct Manager.
• Perform ad hoc activities and other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
