As an HR and Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data related to human resources in Kuwait. Your main responsibility will be to collect, analyze, and report on HR data to support strategic decision-making within the organization. You will be responsible for identifying trends, patterns, and insights from HR data to help optimize HR processes and improve organizational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, including employee surveys, performance reviews, and recruitment data.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and provide insights to the HR team and senior management.
- Identify trends and patterns in HR data to support strategic HR initiatives and programs.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to identify data-driven solutions to HR challenges and opportunities.
- Present data findings and recommendations to HR stakeholders and senior leadership.
Preferred Candidate:
- A bachelor's degree in HR, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR data analysis, preferably in Kuwait or the Middle East region.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and HR analytics software.
