HR and Data Analyst

As an HR and Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data related to human resources in Kuwait. Your main responsibility will be to collect, analyze, and report on HR data to support strategic decision-making within the organization. You will be responsible for identifying trends, patterns, and insights from HR data to help optimize HR processes and improve organizational performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, including employee surveys, performance reviews, and recruitment data.
  2. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and provide insights to the HR team and senior management.
  3. Identify trends and patterns in HR data to support strategic HR initiatives and programs.
  4. Collaborate with HR business partners to identify data-driven solutions to HR challenges and opportunities.
  5. Present data findings and recommendations to HR stakeholders and senior leadership.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. A bachelor's degree in HR, data analytics, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in HR data analysis, preferably in Kuwait or the Middle East region.
  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  4. Proficiency in data visualization tools and HR analytics software.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
