Sephora has been active in Turkey since 2007, with 40 stores and online in 9 different cities. As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a “Axes & Communities Trainer” with the following skills and qualifications;
· Implementation of program design of in store, Omni channel client & services
· Turkey related axe community development & promote & communicate around EME & Local program
· Country expert / level ( 1-2-3) coordination , AC, performance ,training and development
· Following up the criteria used in country -defined by SU EME and Local HR
· Creating and following up on structure of local training needs and rounds.
· Aim to create a full coherent approach between EME and country
· Coordinate and reports KPI’s both for related axe services and axes community roles
· Analyze the usage and results of My SU, Attensi and Omni Service tools monthly
· Responsible for the development of the teams at the point of excellent customer experience
· Fluency in both written and spoken English, French is a plus
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
· Bachelors degree
· Skincare experience is plus
· Experienced in team management is crucial
