We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience and a maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative functions within the organization.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, and maintain calendars for the team.
Preferred Candidate:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel formulas.
- Ability to write official letters in Arabic and English.
