• Responsible for the productions department and technical workshop.
• Planning, execution and completion of all construction and maintenance of wood and metallic works.
• Business development for the products and service of the department.
• Pricing, estimate and coordinate with the client to convince them with the products and quality of the services.
• Prepare and follow up on the documentation and correspondence with clients.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Reporting to the executive management on work plan, progress of the department and status of the committed works etc.
• Execute the maintenance and renovation of the company showrooms, facilities etc.
• Manage inventory levels and ordering of raw materials and supplies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the production workshop, ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality wood and metal products!
• Manage and motivate a team of skilled artisans and craftsmen to achieve production targets and quality standards!
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as with applicable regulations and procedures.
• Monitor and report on production performance and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve production processes and procedures, using data analysis and process improvement methodologies.

Skills

• Knowledge in Graphic and Interior Designing is an advantage.
• Well knowledge in Arabic and English Languages
• Well experience in production/ workshop supervising.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of production management, quality control, and inventory management principles and practices
• Proficient in the use of production planning and scheduling software
• Solid understanding of safety and compliance regulations
