Role Description

Responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support for network administration and IT operations.

Ensure the smooth functioning of the company's information technology systems and contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing and monitoring all installed network appliances, systems, and related infrastructure (cloud and on-premises).
• Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining network-related operating systems, applications/software/management tools.
• Ensuring the highest levels of network connectivity and infrastructure availability.
• Providing expertise for the overall network systems infrastructure and its support as it relates to all IT technologies.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
• Monitoring network usage and health status in compliance with security policies.
• Performing preventive maintenance.
• Identifying IT security vulnerabilities in the organization’s network.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure the organization’s IT infrastructure and networking.
• Keeping up to date with IT security standards and threats development.
• Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization.
• Assisting in IT audit or certification process.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology and having certification such as ITIL, CEH, CCNA, MCSE, or other technical qualifications are preferred.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a Senior IT Support Role.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Project management, process and tools improvement knowledge.
• Excellent knowledge of Firewall/IPS/WAF and monitoring tools.
• Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP-based services.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Must be available in Kuwait and Can join asap with a Transferable (18) visa.
• Driving license is a must
