We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies in order to maximize sales and profitability. You will work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner, and that they are readily available to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain products FIFO & stock updates.
- Implement & monitor comprehensive Merchandizing activities in-store trends & developments to impact on company's product sales.
- Ensure to secure & maintain maximum display facing of company's products at point of sale.
- Initiate and implement corrective action as may be required.
- Coordinate with Sales Manager & Supervisors concerning all in-store and related activities that will affect product performance.
- Responsible for the storage and distribution of all POS materials and other merchandising and sampling aids with proper records.
- Establish good relationship with key personnel of all Markets.
- Responsible to communicate on time information on all competitor's activity, such as merchandising, Chiller programs, new products, etc.
- Wear the clean and tidy uniform, cap & employee I.D. daily.

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
