Job Summary/Purpose:

Manage the development, implementation, and support of SAP ABAP and Fiori applications.

Responsibilities:

Strategic:

1. Prepare annual plans and budgets to meet the ASG IT strategic objectives.

2. Monitor implementation of the annual plans and measure achievements of results against budgets and objectives and take corrective measures as appropriate.

3. Recommend annual strategy in areas of SAP to best fit within the Group.

Operational:

1. Monitor the team of SAP ABAP and Fiori developers to deliver high-quality, innovative and efficient solutions that meet business requirements.

2. Plan and oversee the SAP ABAP and Fiori projects from conception to completion.

3. Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP ABAP and Fiori applications.

4. Provide technical guidance and expertise in SAP ABAP and Fiori development.

5. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

6. Manage the entire development lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment of SAP projects.

7. Supervise the integration of SAP solutions with other enterprise systems.

8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project integration and delivery.

9. Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.

10. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends.

11. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

12. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes for SAP development and support.

13. Ensure alignment of IT solutions with business goals and objectives.

14. Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business users.

15. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing SAP applications.

16. Develop and implement strategies for SAP development and innovation.

17. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

18. Recommend and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP solutions.

Skills

Educational Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor degree (12th Standard + 3 years computer science or 4 years engineering degree) or equivalent with 10 years of experience (SAP ABAP programming, SAP CPI, SAP Fiori and Workflows)

Certification and Licensure: SAP Hana and Fiori related.
