As a HRBP, you will work closely with country manager to help guide and advise on people solutions. You will work on strengthening the current HR process and activities and provide hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, and training.
Job Description:
The HR Business Partner shall report directly to the Country Manager with dotted reporting to Corporate HR Manager and the role & responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Hiring: Recruit qualified candidates, schedule interviews, conduct background checks when needed, and oversee the onboarding/offboarding process.
- Ensure all New Employees Visa, Work permit and documentation are in place prior to their onboarding.
- Support Field Personnel Evaluation and promotion process in discussion with the Country Manager.
- Ensure that HR policies and practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Utilize HR analytics to guide informed decisions and monitor key HR metrics and KPI's in enabling continuous improvement in HR strategies.
- Manage employee benefits programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Supporting Monthly Payroll Processing and performing initial level control.
- Compile and prepare monthly HR reports as required.
- Manage training & Development needs
- Project: Lead local HR projects in coordination with Corporate HR Team
- Responsible for handling Employee grievances and requests.
- Driving Employee Engagement & Wellbeing initiatives.
- Employee Separation: Manage Exit formalities, conducting Exit Interview process.
- Maintenance of employee records and updating of employee details on companies HRMS platform.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in Kuwait.
- Familiar with Kuwaiti employment law and local regulations.
- Strong knowledge of international best practices in HR
- Experience in Employee relations and communications.
