Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and
  • recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for the execution of marketing activities.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within budget.
  • Provide regular financial reports on marketing spend.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and oversee daily social media activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly reports on key metrics and KPIs and use data to inform future strategies.

Content Creation:

  • Develop, create, and schedule engaging, and high-quality content (images, captions, video/ Reels) tailored to various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Produce and edit engaging stories and reels that resonate with our target audience and promote our brand.

Influencers collaboration

• Connect and work together with influencers and other businesses to build relationships and collaborate effectively

Event Coordination:

• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee registration.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • +2 years of experience in the same field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, etc.).
  • Creative thinking with the ability to design innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
