➢ The Senior Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, payroll, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.
➢ Responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of all office policies and procedures.
➢ Ensures that accurate job descriptions are in place by providing advice and assistance.
➢ Ensures that employee data is entered into the Oracle system accurately.
➢ Maintains employee files and records in an up to date and confidential manner.
➢ Provides advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment.
➢ Posts job requirements on social media or advertise on newspaper for vacant staff positions, screens CVs, conducts interviews and assists in the selection process.
➢ Conducts reference checks on required positions.
➢ Administers employment contracts and employee related letters as per Management requirements.
➢ Provides staff orientations & supervises employee visa transfers and renewals.
➢ Monitors daily attendance and employee leaves.
➢ Responsible for end-to-end payroll processes.
➢ Recommends solutions on employee breech on policy and applies disciplinary actions as per the policy.
➢ Provides advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
➢ Identifies and coordinates on training and development opportunities by assisting in staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
➢ Conducts exit interviews for employees leaving the company and monitors smooth visa transfers or cancellations and assists in the final settlement payment.
➢ Handles Internal and External audit firm requirements.
➢ Prepares employee based quarterly and yearly reports for the department.
Skills
· Requirement Open for Female Indian national
· 7-10 years of professional experience in handling all areas of Human Resources
· Excellent expertise in the Kuwait Labor Law
