▪️ Has completed a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field
▪ Holds either a BSN degree or Registered Nurse/Midwife Diploma
▪ Holds a valid practice license in home country
▪ Maintains required hospital certifications (e.g., BLS, PALS, NALS, etc.)
▪ Observes Standard Precautions as per CDC, OSHA, and Kuwait MOH guidelines
