Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Admissions & Marketing (DAM) at BSK, who will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day admissions activities, developing marketing strategies, managing student recruitment efforts and providing exceptional customer service to prospective families. The successful candidate will shape the future of prospective students and connect with families throughout their journey. From generating initial interest to fostering dedicated advocates, the candidate will guide them with empathy and expertise, supporting the their children's growth within the school's nurturing environment.

The successful candidate will oversee an admissions process that identifies students capable of thriving at BSK, with leadership that will drive growth, coaching their team to enhance their commercial skills, unlock creativity and prioritise community needs. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and regional colleagues to set strategic enrolment direction, including admissions procedures, branding, communication channels, digital outreach and research priorities.
  • Develop a multi-year enrolment strategy aligned with the school's strategic plan, establishing clear enrolment goals and targeted initiatives.
  • Provide expert analysis on admissions landscape opportunities and challenges, focusing on applicant trends, competitor strengths/weaknesses and internal process optimisation.
  • Implement targeted campaigns across various channels (online, offline, events) to attract qualified applicants, meeting enrolment targets.
  • Design an engaging admissions process that guides applicants from inquiry to enrolment, minimising application friction and maximising conversion rates.
  • Use data analytics to optimise resource allocation, campaign effectiveness, and overall process efficiency.
  • Regularly track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to admissions to measure progress towards enrolment goals. Track team performance through KPIs to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate enrolment forecasts using internal and external data sources, monitoring contact movement within pipelines and communicating those updates and pipeline trends to stakeholders, informing leadership of potential enrolment risks and opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Degree-educated, ideally with an academic background relevant to admissions or education, coupled with 7+ years' proven experience in brand-building, sales, marketing, or service delivery roles, preferably within the education sector.
