As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  4. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets
  6. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and report on sales activities and results to senior management
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
  3. Excellent leadership and team management skills
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
