We are searching for a Furniture Quality Inspector to assess and evaluate various aspects of Safat D&I installation teams. This pivotal role plays a key part in maintaining quality standards, boosting customer satisfaction, and pinpointing areas for enhancement within the D&I teams.
Duties & Essential:
- Mystery Visits: Conducting unannounced visit to Safat D&I, and evaluate the teams’ standards, punctuality, professionalism, and customer interaction, and assess the appearance, cleanliness, and the overall condition of the D&I team members as well as the truck.
- Handling and Assembly: Ensure the proper handling of furniture during transport, to maintain a proper condition of the products, and evaluate the assembly and installation by D&I teams at the customer’s location.
- Product Inspection: Examine the delivered furniture and confirm that it matches the customer’s order.
- Timeliness: Evaluate the delivery team’s ability to meet scheduled delivery times and report any delays.
- Documentation: Create detailed report, including written descriptions and photographic evidence of any issue observed during the delivery process.
- Feedback and Recommendation: Provide feedback and recommendations to the D&I teams as well as the customer, to improve the delivery process and enhance the customer experience.
- Follow-Up Visits: Conduct follow-up visits, if required, to monitor improvements based on previous assessments.
- Policy: Ensure that the delivery team follows safety guidelines, company policy, and any delivery-related regulations.

- Valid Drivers License
