**Job Summary:**

  • We are seeking an experienced ICU Nurse to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Specialist for ICU equipment. This unique role combines clinical expertise with sales and marketing skills to promote and sell cutting-edge ICU equipment to healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will leverage their nursing background to effectively communicate the benefits and applications of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Skills

**Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Sales:**

  - Identify and target potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

  - Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of ICU equipment, utilizing clinical knowledge to highlight benefits.

  - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  - Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.


2. **Marketing:**

  - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote ICU equipment.

  - Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, emphasizing clinical advantages.

  - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to showcase products.

  - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.


3. **Clinical Support:**

  - Provide pre-sales and post-sales clinical support to customers.

  - Assist with the installation and training of ICU equipment, leveraging nursing expertise.

  - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.


4. **Product Knowledge:**

  - Maintain a thorough understanding of all ICU equipment, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.

  - Stay updated on industry developments, new products, and emerging technologies.

  - Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and suggestions for product improvements.


5. **Reporting and Documentation:**

  - Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

  - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.

  - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.


**Qualifications:**


- **Education:** Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ICU nurse, with additional experience in medical equipment sales or a related field preferred.

- **Skills:**

 - Strong sales and negotiation skills.

 - Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

 - Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

 - Proficient in Microsoft Office.

 - Knowledge of ICU equipment and the healthcare industry.


**Working Conditions:**


- Primarily 

office-based with frequent/Daily Visits to client locations.
