We are looking for a talented Photographer and Videographer to join our team in Kuwait. As a Photographer and Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality photographs and videos for a variety of purposes including marketing materials, social media, events, and product launches. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and collaborate with our creative team to bring our vision to life.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots, including setting up lighting, staging, and props
2. Capture high-quality photographs and videos using various techniques, equipment, and software
3. Edit and retouch photographs and videos to enhance their overall appearance and quality
4. Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and ideas for visual content
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photography and videography
6. Manage and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times
7. Organize and archive photographs and videos for easy access and retrieval
8. Assist in the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, catalogs, and promotional videos
9. Ensure that all photographs and videos are consistent with the company's brand image and style guidelines
10. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within the given deadlines

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a Photographer and Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
2. Proficient in using professional photography and videography equipment and software, such as DSLR cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, Adobe Creative Suite, and Final Cut Pro
3. Excellent knowledge of composition, lighting, and other technical aspects of photography and videography
4. Strong creative and artistic abilities, with an eye for detail and a unique perspective
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking direction and feedback positively
6. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and vendors
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines without compromising on quality
9. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in photography and videography
10. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by the nature of the projects
