A) Job Summary:

Provide administrative and clerical support to the department, assisting with daily office tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle routine tasks efficiently.


B) Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, and take messages as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Perform data entry and update records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
  • Assist with basic document preparation and formatting.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • File and retrieve documents, both physical and electronic.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned.


C) Experience :

  • 3 years/- of experience in the same role (clerical and administrative experience).


D) Education:

  • Any relevant bachelor's degree graduate.

E) Remarks

  • The role is Kuwait based/transferable residency is a must.
  • The budget for the role is KD 450/- (unnegotiable).
  • The role is outsourcing for a client - Oil and Gas sector.
  • Immediate joiners are a preference.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
