The Sr. Key Account Executive focuses upon the achievement of sales, distribution, display and sales activation to maximize business growth opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing direct sales channels to contribute to the revenue growth.
- Meeting sales targets by deploying optimal sales strategies
- Growing and developing existing customer accounts
- Identifying relevant growth opportunities to increase customer accounts base
- Negotiating contracts/BDA whilst generating healthy ROI and keeping the Company’s price competitiveness intact.
- Executing sales process which includes: planning, evaluation of needs, recommending possible solution, closing sales, and follow through.
- Writing business plans for all current and potential institutional sales through tendering process.
- Maintaining revenue goals in site to achieve targeted goals and desired performance.
- Monthly Sales and National Activity Planning
- Conducting regular Business Reviews with customers and suppliers.
- Managing, merchandisers and DCD van Operations
Skills
- Fluent in both English and Arabic

- Strong personality, self - confident and has high leadership potential qualities
- Proficient in operating MS Office applications
- University Degree holder, preferably related to Business, Economics or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in FMCG Sales, Pharmaceuticals Sales or Medical Sales.
