Interior Architect

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team at Reehana General Trading & Contracting Co. in Kuwait. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks related to drawing and design, client communication, and project management. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in 2D and 3D drawing, have experience with residential projects in Kuwait or the Gulf region, and have excellent communication and organization skills. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Kuwait, a valid Kuwaiti driving license, and transferrable residency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create 2D and 3D drawings using appropriate software
  2. Use rendering software to produce high-quality visualizations
  3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  4. Manage client relationships and provide regular updates on project progress
  5. Coordinate with contractors and teams on job sites to ensure smooth execution of projects
  6. Ensure compliance with design standards, building codes, and regulations
  7. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation
  8. Work under pressure to meet project deadlines
  9. Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of projects and provide guidance as needed

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Experience working with residential projects in Kuwait or the Gulf region
  2. Strong technical skills in 2D and 3D drawing, Using Autocad, 3dsmax, Sketchup, Lumion
  3. Proficiency in rendering software for high-quality visualizations
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Highly organized and detail-oriented
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  7. Valid Kuwaiti driving license
  8. Transferrable residency in Kuwait
