Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and providing product information.
• Offer styling advice and suggestions based on customers' preferences and fashion trends.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
• Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.

Sales Generation:

• Actively engage with customers to drive sales and meet or exceed targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Utilize product knowledge and understanding of current fashion trends to effectively promote merchandise.
• Proactively approach customers on the sales floor and offer assistance.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Merchandising

• Maintain a neat, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as restocking shelves, folding clothes, and arranging displays.
• Ensure all products are properly tagged with accurate pricing and descriptions.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to management.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Assist in training new staff members on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and sales strategies.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment by offering assistance and encouragement to colleagues.\

Skills

1. Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the fashion clothes, high brand industry.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in fashion merchandising is a plus.
