Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Rigging Supervisor located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Rigging Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day rigging operations, coordinating lifting operations, ensuring the safe use of lifting equipment, and conducting work at heights. The Rigging Supervisor will also provide supervision and guidance to the rigging team.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and supervise a team
• Diploma in Mech Engineering
• Lifting Operations: Knowledge of safe lifting practices and procedures
• Lifting Equipment: Familiarity with various types of lifting equipment
• Rigging: Proficiency in rigging techniques and procedures
• Working at Height: Experience in working at heights safely
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., rigging certifications, working at height certifications) are preferred

Should have at least 7 years of experience in oil and gas industry.
