Organization Performance Executive

As a Corporate Performance Executive at ABYAT, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the organizational framework and key performance indicators (KPIs) across the company. You will work closely with various departments to establish, monitor, and evaluate performance metrics that align with the strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and Implement Performance Management Systems:

Design, develop, and implement performance management systems that align with the organization's strategic goals. This may involve creating performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance appraisal processes.

  • Establish Performance Standards:

Work with key stakeholders to establish clear performance standards and expectations for individuals, teams, and departments. These standards should be measurable, realistic, and aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance:

Regularly monitor and evaluate employee and organizational performance against established standards. Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

  • Provide Feedback and Coaching:

Offer constructive feedback to employees based on performance assessments. Work with managers to develop coaching strategies that help employees enhance their skills and contribute more effectively to organizational success.

  • Stay Informed About Industry Best Practices:

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in performance management. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and refine performance management processes within the organization.

  • Collaborate with Leadership:

Collaborate with organizational leaders to align performance management strategies with overall business objectives. Participate in strategic planning discussions to ensure that performance goals are integrated into the broader organizational strategy.

  • Compliance and Policy Adherence:

Ensure that performance management practices comply with legal requirements and organizational policies. Keep abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations.



Skills

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in performance management, KPI development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Project management experience and certification (e.g PMP) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to performance management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus.
